薑蒜炒甜豆 ( 2 人份)
材料:
甜豆 1/2 包 (摘去頂端及尾部,每條切成 3 段 / 街市有售,一包約 $6)
蒜 4 粒 (刴茸)
薑 5 片 (切幼絲)
步驟:
1) 燒滾水,將甜豆氽水 1 分鐘,撈起備用;
2) 燒熱鍋下點食油,放蒜茸和薑絲,再放甜豆,下鹽拌炒,即成。
包裝甜豆,街市有售,一包約
$6。
